My first post

Well , here we are , first post , and wow this isnt easy.So here goes nothing . Prehaps I should start and tell you a bit about me. I,am a young 46 yr old , married with 2 wonderful children, who havwe both recently had their birthdays , I cant believe my son is a teenager already , kinda makes me feel old , but none the less , its all good as he keeps me young on the race track . Its not easy guiding a 13 yr old boy through life , as life as I knew at his age was completly different, no such things as cell phones , drugs etc... so we keep him on the mx race track, but Dad here has to keep up . My 11 yr old daughter is just as wonderful , however , i'am waiting for those female hormones to kick in at any minute. 

My weekends are generally filled with cooking , entertaining , photography and of course riding my MX Bike . Ive named my blogger after my book..... life love & food, (cos thats me in a nutshell) , which iam still writing, hopefully will be complete by year end . Keeping it mainly Proudly South African      

Photography , of course is another passion , which is another creative release i enjoy. From shooting babies , whom i might add are my favourite "subjects" as one can capture so many expressions in minutes........ to shooting buildings ... of course , I am in the business. See if you can guess which building this is ....

isnt this weather great, my nickname is of course Polar bear , or just "Bear " ... I love this weather, Did you know , all Polar bears are left handed ? And of course theres a famous saying about lefty's " Everyone is born right handed ..... only the gifted overcome it " .... well that my motto and iam sticking to it .
